CompTIA provider and voucher verification

Verify the provider claim—and the exact CompTIA offer

A current authorization can establish a useful baseline. It does not rank the instructor, labs, pace, class size, schedule reliability, voucher conditions, support or cancellation terms. When first-party directory evidence is unavailable, Learnerside labels provider statements as claims instead of silently upgrading them to verified facts.

First-party evidence status

The former public delivery-partner list did not return a usable directory

On September 11, 2026, CompTIA’s former public delivery-partner-list address redirected to a general Partner Resources page. The destination did not provide a public provider inventory that Learnerside could use to confirm the organizations below. This observation does not prove that a provider is unauthorized or that no directory exists behind another workflow. It means the public evidence reviewed here is insufficient for a verified authorization conclusion.

Voucher risk

Authorization does not settle the voucher bundle

CompTIA’s current terms say vouchers from unauthorized sellers, resale or prohibited transfers may be voided without refund. They also say voucher purchases are nonreturnable, country and currency specific, tied to an exam series and subject to exam retirement. Verify the source, exam code, geography, release condition, expiration and retake terms before treating a voucher as included value.

Included voucher

Ask for the exam code, quantity, release timing, expiration, country and any practice-score or attendance condition in writing.

Optional add-on

Keep tuition and voucher price separate. Confirm whether the provider or CompTIA controls refunds, replacements and support.

Employer or team purchase

Match every voucher to an eligible learner and exam timeline. Do not assume unused codes can be reassigned, extended or exchanged.

Authorization is the baseline

Compare the learning and purchase—not the badge

For A+, Network+ or Security+, compare learner readiness, course version, actual teaching and lab hours, instructor evidence, class size, schedule and time zone, recordings, support, voucher conditions, total price, cancellation policy, seller identity and delivery identity. A five-day course for an experienced practitioner and a foundations-first schedule for a new learner solve different problems even when both use authorized material.
