Methodology and independence

Research first. Match requirements. Verify the exact offer.

Learnerside is an independent training research and matching service. Public pages help you understand certifications, courses and providers without hiding identities. The finder starts with your requirements, and a verified result names the provider only after the evidence for the exact option has been checked.

1. Transparent research

A source can establish only what it actually says

Certification bodies establish their own exam scope, eligibility, partner directories and policies. Providers establish what they publish about their courses, prices, schedules and terms. Review sites and awards add limited context; they do not prove the quality or availability of one class.

Learnerside labels provider claims as claims, records the date checked, links the source and keeps unknown fields unknown. A missing price is not a zero price. “No formal prerequisite” is not the same as “appropriate for a beginner.” An authorization badge is not evidence of an instructor, seat, lab, voucher or cancellation remedy.

2. Requirements-first matching

The training must fit the learner—not merely appear in a provider catalog

The finder uses the learning goal, current experience, delivery preference, available days and hours, time zone, timeframe, pace, budget, learner count, employer-approval needs, vendor credits, labs, vouchers and accessibility requirements. Provider preference is optional context and does not control the match.

Before contact details, the preview explains the likely format and pace, why they fit, how many dated references clear the broad filters, and what still needs verification. It does not display a hidden provider ranking or pretend that a small reference collection is the whole market.

3. Exact-offer verification

A verified option is a dated evidence packet, not a lead handoff

A ready packet should contain two or three suitable named options when the evidence supports them. For each option it records authorization evidence, legal seller, delivery organization, course and version, complete schedule normalized to the learner’s time zone, total price and price basis, labs, courseware, voucher conditions, accessibility, cancellation terms, limitations and unresolved questions.

“Verified” does not mean endorsed, reserved or guaranteed. A provider schedule is not an available seat. A Guaranteed-to-Run label is not an immutable calendar. Learnerside will not use “book now” unless an actual session is both verified and bookable through the experience shown.

4. Comparison and ranking

Authorization is a baseline, not the winner

Where authorization matters, Learnerside verifies the exact organization and scope first. Fit then depends on instructor evidence, readiness, labs, class size, schedule, pacing, recordings, retakes, support, voucher terms, cancellation policy, operating entity or franchise, price and schedule reliability. No single provider is automatically best for every learner.

5. Privacy and consent

The browser-local preview does not send its answers anywhere. If you submit a protected verification request, it goes to Learnerside for private review. Learnerside must name the intended provider recipient and obtain separate consent before sending that provider your personal information. A general consent checkbox cannot substitute for a named introduction.

6. Commercial independence

Payment cannot change the research conclusion

Learnerside may eventually earn revenue from a provider after a user approves a named introduction or from other clearly disclosed services. Payment cannot buy a favorable profile, remove a limitation, change a match conclusion or hide a lower-cost or self-directed option. Until an actual commercial relationship exists, Learnerside does not imply one.

7. Freshness and corrections

Volatile facts are rechecked at the point of decision

Prices, schedules, seats, course versions, partner status and policies can change. Public observations keep their checked date; a match packet requires a fresh check appropriate to the purchase. If Learnerside finds a material error, it corrects the current page and keeps the source and limitation trail clear enough to understand what changed.

Request a correction with the page URL and supporting source. Use the protected request form; receipt does not confirm that a correction is complete. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive employer information.
