What happens to your information
This page is a plain-language description of Learnerside’s current alpha-stage data practices as of October 1, 2026. It is not legal advice.
Browsing the research: no account or advertising profile.
You can read Learnerside research without creating an account. Learnerside does not run behavioral advertising or sell browsing profiles. The short training-request form records a locally valid send attempt and a browser-confirmed accepted submission. These first-party events include the form route, random event, session and request references, time, and limited allowlisted campaign labels. The session reference is kept in sessionStorage for the browser session. The events do not contain your name, email, training need, answers or spam-protection token. A request reference can be reconciled with the private intake record to check whether it was received; this is not proof of a qualified lead or a sale. General page-view and planner analytics remain disabled.
Exploring training does not submit a request.
Entering details in the training form or using the optional planner does not by itself submit a request. Learnerside receives the form contents when you choose to send them. Standard hosting logs and any first-party product events described on this page are separate from unsent answers.
Submitting a training request stores only the reply request you approve.
When you submit, Learnerside privately stores your name, email, stated training need, any preferences or published class reference included in your request, the exact reply consent, a request and receipt reference, validation state, limited source context, and retention metadata. A planning brief is included only when you choose to include one. Cloudflare Turnstile processes the challenge used for spam protection. The current form schedules the request for retention review after 30 days. It does not enroll you in marketing or authorize provider sharing.
A private match packet is for you, not permission to contact providers.
If Learnerside prepares verified options, it can create a private, expiring link. The link fragment is the access key and is not included in the ordinary page request; the backend receives it only when your browser asks for the packet and stores only a one-way token digest. The packet contains requirements, named options, source evidence and unresolved questions, but the customer view excludes the internal request identifier. Opening or sharing the packet does not authorize Learnerside to send your information to a provider.
Provider introductions require a separate named decision.
The current website intake records permission for Learnerside to reply only. Before any introduction, Learnerside must name the intended provider recipient and obtain a separate affirmative authorization. A research page, provider preference, match packet, employer proposal or request for schedules is not provider-sharing consent.
Infrastructure logs.
Cloudflare, Railway and related hosting infrastructure may keep standard request, IP address, browser and security logs for delivery, abuse prevention and reliability. A private-link fragment is not sent in an ordinary HTTP page request, but the packet access key is transmitted to the Learnerside backend when the packet is opened.
Deletion and sensitive-information boundary.
You may ask Learnerside to delete a submitted request. Verified deletion removes or anonymizes the request, consent and connected operational records under the retention process, including any private match packet and access key. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, protected health information, security secrets or other sensitive personal information.
Questions or removal requests
To ask about a record or request deletion, use the protected request form. State whether you need a copy or deletion, use the email address from the original request, and include its receipt reference if available. The form needs JavaScript and spam protection; receipt does not confirm that the privacy request is complete. Do not send a private packet access key by public message. For a new training request, use Find Training. See the about page for who runs Learnerside and how we make money for our independence commitments.
