AWS says official partners may be authorized to sell and deliver classroom training, publish digital training, resell AWS-delivered training, or some combination. Do not infer every capability from the general ATP label.

Verify the exact AWS training purchase—not just the partner badge
AWS says its Training Partners are the only organizations that can offer, deliver or resell official AWS Training. That is the baseline. It does not prove that one seller can perform every capability in every territory, that a specific instructor is authorized, or that an advertised session, price and bundle fit your requirements.

What authorization establishes
Partner status, capability, territory and instructor are separate checks
Live delivery
AWS’s current program terms say authorized classroom training must be delivered by AWS Authorized Instructors in the authorized territory. Confirm the assigned instructor for the exact session.
Resold delivery
For AWS-delivered training sold through a partner, AWS’s terms make the partner the seller of record. A proposal should still name who teaches, supports and can cancel or reschedule the class.

Compare the format and operating reality after status is confirmed
Rank suitable offers by learner readiness, course version, instructor evidence, labs, class size, schedule and time zone, pace, recordings, support, voucher conditions, cancellation and reschedule terms, total price, seller identity, delivery identity and schedule reliability. A one-day Cloud Practitioner course and a three-day Architecting on AWS course solve different needs even when both use official curriculum.
