The EX374 exam page and credential detail page name Red Hat Certified Specialist in Developing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform. This is a distinct developing-automation decision. A personal badge, successor or equivalence to another specialist has not been verified.
The actual exam overview lists Ansible Automation Platform 2.5, while the actual AU374 course lists 2.6. These are different source scopes. Your selected appointment version remains unknown; verify the exam and delivered course revision separately before relying on compatibility.
EX374 has one four-hour practical section on one or more virtual systems. Internet access and brought-in materials are prohibited; product documentation is generally available per the exam description. Configurations must persist after reboot without intervention. Separate the general exam base from your payable offer
The generic certification program guide publishes a USD500 standard exam list price, with region and shopping-cart caveats. This is not a selected EX374 invoice. Try an original automation-content case
A fictional community observatory has six invented Linux hosts in two groups. Design an automation change that updates a fabricated service configuration in small batches, checks each batch and stops on a failed check. Propose a Git review, group and host variables, a reusable collection, a declared execution environment and a controller job using invented credential references. Use synthetic values and a permitted isolated environment; a paper plan needs no account.
Changed condition: A host-level variable overrides a group value, a plugin needed for data transformation is missing from the execution environment, and a delegated check runs on the wrong host. Show how you would isolate each cause, preserve the failed batch evidence and propose a reversible correction before resuming.
Review rubric: Explain variable precedence and effective values, where tasks and delegated checks execute, filter or plugin dependencies, collection and execution-environment versions, batch limits and stopping conditions. Name the Git diff, synthetic test results, controller job evidence and rollback check you would review. Keep secret values out of artifacts.
