Exact JNCIS-SP issuer overview: Beginner-to-intermediate routing and switching knowledge in Junos is the intended profile. Active JNCIA-Junos is the credential prerequisite; it does not prove personal booking eligibility. JN0-364 lists 65 multiple-choice questions, 90 minutes, English, with Junos OS 25.2. Appointment time, accommodations and current passing threshold remain unverified.

A fictional provider branch has an advertised customer prefix but no working service path. Draw the routing, VLAN and MPLS dependencies and list a minimal sanitized set of observations to distinguish control-plane reachability from forwarding.
Changed condition: A backup route appears after a link failure, but IPv6 service remains unavailable. Explain the next checks and the limits of declaring recovery from a single routing-table entry.
Review rubric: Separate protocol state, labels and actual packet delivery; retain customer isolation, state the missing evidence and define tests and rollback authority for each layer.
